Rafael “Raffy” N. Hernandez, CEO of Rafeli Realty, has been in the real estate business since 1983. A Certified Public Accountant, Raffy graduated from San Beda College with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting. Immediately after college, he focused in the field of real estate where he expectedly showed impressive progress.

His numerous projects in Metro Manila include Equity Homes 1 to 5, Hernandez Townhomes, Rosewood Mansions, and Benrosi Suites, to name a few. Equipped with a big heart for the needy and underprivileged members of our society, Raffy involved himself in civic endeavors like Bigkis Pinoy, Rotary Club, where he served as club president from 1988-1989, and Philippine National Red Cross, where he serves as Board Director. He is currently working on several real estate projects that would help all sectors of society who are in need of housing.
